IRIS is a family business, that welcomes visitors to the centre of Skiathos town for the good part of 30 years, designed for the visitors that want to explore the Greek island lifestyle all day long. It is equally convenient for couples, families and friends as it offers different sizes of studios and apartments with a range of amenities.
The second generation has taken over and completely revamped the style, but what has remained the same from the beginning is that we offer our guests a tailored, unforgettable experience. For us this means treating each person individually and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. Since we first opened, our aspiration was to make our guests feel at home and we count our success on smiles and goodbye hugs.

A gem in the Aegean Sea
Skiathos is a little gem in a quiet corner of the Aegean archipelago. It is the main island of the Sporades group of islands, only 3 nautical miles from mainland Greece and very close to Volos, one of the major Greek cities.
Pine trees cover the majority of the island’s surface, making it one of the most green islands of the Aegean. Combined with the blue waters and the golden sandy beaches some famously memorable views are on offer.
